The Workers Party in America is the only political party in the United States organized by workers, led by workers, and consistently fighting for the common and historic interests of our class. We are committed to challenging capitalism and its rule over society in the political arena to fight for our rights, livelihoods and dignity as working people, with the goal of defeating those who exploit and oppress us and our brothers and sisters. We seek to sweep away capitalism and establish a working people’s republic, where workers directly control the economy, organize and control their own public power and initiate the transition to a society without classes or class antagonisms: a communist society.
